1. You will need to go back to the page where the full size copy is located.  To do this just click on the Name of the Image at the right.

2. Place your mouse over the image of the form 

3. Right click to get a menu.

4. Select "Save Picture As"

5. Select Desktop from the "Save In" Menu at the top

6. Click on Save, Repeat instructions for other forms if desired.

7. Go to Desktop and find the File labeled Insurance 1 or Insurance  2.

8. Double click on the name.

9. One of your Regular Programs will load and the image will appear .

10. From here use the regular "Print commands to Print the image.
