Support to our independent Agents is provided in many forms.  First we start with a Corporate support Staff who are experts in their respective fields with a complete understanding and appreciation of the highly competitive transportation market that  we serve.  For example, our Safety Department understands the need to determine if a driver meets the minimum requirements for hiring within 48 hours. Our Accounts Payable Department understands Per Diem Issues and how to distinguish the difference between moves made under a service contract where no per diem is due and payable, as opposed to normal per diem.

In addition, Maintenance and Repair invoices received from ocean carriers or their third party billing agent with no copy of an invoice from a repair vendor verifying that the billing for the  actual cost of the  "Repairs" and not for "Alleged" damages.  Our Credit Department understands the need for a timely response to a credit request for a new customer that the agent wants to conduct business with.

We provide customized software to our Agents, which not only allows you to produce freight Bills and Bills of Lading, It can also be a management tool for the Agent.  Rapid searches can be performed based on equipment number, bill of lading number, truck number, etc, etc. Agents can also forecast truck revenue as well as truck pay or produce sales reports for any period of time that reflect total sales, truck pay, Agent Commission and percentage of each.

Our Agents and Contractors are paid each week.  We offer Bobtail and Physical Damage Insurance to our Contractors.  Fuel advances are made available via Comdata Cards at the rate of 35% of the billing of each trip or at a fixed amount daily, determined by the Agent.
